But nothing prepared me for what I’d personally experience as I entered perimenopause.The brain fog. The exhaustion. The anxiety that hit out of nowhere. The sleepless nights, the body aches and changes, the feeling that something was off—but being told by my doctor that “everything looks fine.”I realized what so many women already knew: We are being overlooked and dismissed by the medical field.
